IBOR is an organization established with a divine mandate to empower women to release their authentic inward & outward beauty. Our aim is to create wholesome women who reflect more of the beauty of the heart by mentoring them to become better daughters, wives and mothers.

Our vision is to see every woman, young and old, fulfil 1 Peter 3:3-4 and reflect through her spirituality and relationship with God the complete and wholesome woman.

In search of ways to achieve her passion of helping women identify their purpose and empowering them through mentorship, entrepreneurial and soft skills development, financial literacy and employment opportunities, Inner Beauty Outward Radiance (IBOR) was borne by ‘Nike Owolabi. It is a fulfilment to a God-given desire and an answer to the cry of many, seeing the damage that immoderate fashion and beauty trends have done to a lot of women, and by extension the society.
